“It takes hard work and accountability to accomplish your goals in life.  I was fortunate to learn this at a young age.  I do not merely consider billable hours, as I very well know the value and time demands of operating a business to provide for your family.  I always look to employ a practical approach in consideration of my clients needs based on these values.  I would be very glad to assist and zealously advocate on your behalf.”

Seth was born and raised in rural north-east Texas.  Following high school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.  Seth received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law, in San Antonio, Texas, May 2015.  Seth took the Texas Bar Examination in July and became licensed in November of 2015.

During his formative years, Seth worked in his family’s affordable housing and property management company throughout his breaks from attending school.   After a brief stint as a student-athlete, Seth transferred to the University of Texas at Austin to focus on his education.  While attending UT, Seth worked part-time at the Texas State Capitol in both the House and the Senate.  It was during this period he first considered the importance of earning a Juris Doctorate.

During law school, Seth worked in the Law Ministry Office as a Research Assistant and St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice as a Teaching Assistant.  The Center is a pro-bono clinic associated with the University, where Supervising Attorneys oversee law students’ representation of qualified clients.  As a Teaching Assistant he had the opportunity to serve at Haven for Hope, San Antonio’s largest homeless shelter, where he assisted the Staff Attorney in supervising law students performing legal intake.  Seth also assisted with the Identification Recovery Program offered at Haven for Hope, focused on re-integrating citizens into the workforce.

Seth is focused in the following areas:  Business/Corporate, Real Estate, Legislative Affairs, Governmental Compliance, and Estate Planning.  In addition to his private practice, he currently serves as General Counsel for MJS Management, Inc., and the Sullivan Companies. Seth also served the Rural Rental Housing Association of Texas as a Development Policy Advisor from 2017-2023.

Seth and his family relocated to their native East Texas in recent years.
